“I love this Rosa double trim t shirt. It fits perfectly. It's very flattering. It's casual but looks sharp. My only criticism is there needs to be more colours. Ive bought 3 so far but would have them in all the colours as long as they suited me! More colours same style next year please”

“I returned the parcel using the return label that Whistles provided and arranged. It is therefore your responsibility to manage and track that return. I should not be expected to chase Royal Mail or prove where a parcel is when I used a return service provided by you. The tracking has been completely stuck at Medway MC since 12 September, with absolutely no update for over 14 days. This is clearly not a normal delay, and I am extremely disappointed that I am being left to deal with this myself. I have never experienced such careless and unacceptable customer service from a retailer before. The parcel was returned using your own return label, yet the responsibility for resolving the problem appears to have been pushed entirely onto me. I expect Whistles to take responsibility for this return, investigate what has happened to the parcel, and resolve my refund without any further delay. I have already waited long enough. I do not want another generic response telling me to wait. I want this matter properly investigated and resolved.”

“I am pleased with both my purchases from Whistles. Finally I found a company that still holds to the British sizes. Whenever, I ordered from another well known company the clothes turned out far too big. Whistles on the other hand fitted perfectly.”
