“Never received my order 9 emails and phone calls required to achieve a refund but no jacket so quite hard to review it. Total fail as far as I’m concerned. Complete shambles.”

“I have the brown version in a size XS which fits me perfectly (UK8, 5’4”) but the cream version was much bigger in size XS. Over 2” longer in the body and sleeves, and also wider in the body.”

“Evri was very delayed delivering my parcel but Whistles did notice the lack of communication from the courier and intervened to get the parcel delivered. This customer service intervention was greatly appreciated.”

“I was advised that you could not locate the item so s refund was issued through Klarna. I did not receive my next day postage back (£5.99) I tried speaking with customer service but no one to assist me. Very disappointed My wardrobe is full of Whistles clothes but let down on this occasions”
