“If I could I would put no stars. First-time promo code received AFTER placed order. I waited 2 days to receive it before placing order. As soon as I placed my order, I received it 11 minutes afterwards. I raised a complaint and asked for a refund. Customer Services were not at all empathetic.”

“I’m still impressed with my slippers. However, the second pair that would fit because the first pair were a tiny bit smaller,arrived minus the complimentary Whistles labelled calico bag. I called customer services to find out if they could help. Was advised to purchase another pair after returning the “faulty” one. My size was out of stock. That meant getting another new pair was not an option. That conclusion from Whistles- an esteemed retailer- was a big blow. The agent blankly refused to send me a bag on its own and repeatedly said she can only apologise. To me I’ve been sold a pair of “faulty” very expensive slippers. Sake price£96.00 I’ve not given up yet because she claimed she was going to escalate the concerns. I’m yet to hear from anyone from Whistles. I’m keeping my “ faulty” pair because I love them. Designed for comfort but mine is “faulty.” Surely Whistles you can send me one of those coveted calico bags in the post with my order number for administrative purposes. Still waiting.”

“I bought this dress full price £139 last year and returned it as the drawstring ties were faulty ( broken and could not be adjusted ). FOLISHLY thinking this problem had been corrected I bought the dress online in the sale. It arrived in the packaging "folded" like a rag ! The fault was the same therefore I returned it. The return process has been so stressful that I will not order anything again from Whistles. I was refunded the postage only, and told that there was no proof of return when I enquired about the cost of the dress. I was then refunded £1.95 instead of £55 ! For everything to be corrected it took some hours online and on the telephone. I was promised an email by Abigail at the fianl hurdle ! this did not happen either ! I am one very dissatisfied ex customer.”
