“This was my first purchase from Whistles as I have a special occasion coming up. My entire wardrobe is size 16 bottoms and size 18 tops. I ordered this dress in a size 18. It was too small and I was devastated - the dress was lovely but far too small. As it was what I would call an expensive purchase I expected sizing to be more generous. I cannot overstate how disappointed I was - returned the next day.”

“Dress is absolutely beautiful, very special and the colour in my opinion is gorgeous. I’m a size 8 and this was a perfect fit. A very special dress. My only negative is the dress was very creased and because I wanted to be sure it looked its best I took it to my local dry cleaners who did a great job but at a cost of £16.50. I think Whistels you need to consider the packaging of these delicate high cost garments. However, that said I am very happy with this lovely dress.”

“Nice simple dress, but it arrived in a very poor state due to bad packaging. It would need alot of ironing or steaming before wearing. I have many linen items in my wardrobe, love the relaxed way linen looks after wearing. This dress looked like it had been slept in for a few nights and it was supposedly brand new! I liked the style though and will need a smaller size, which I have ordered. Hopefully it will arrive better packaged.”

“I've shopped at Whistles for a very long time ie since the 1980s. Many garments that I treasured over the years were from Whistles - cutting edge designs, comfortable and perfect fit. I still have grey bootleg jeans from the 90's. I feel that recently, I'm not as aligned with the brand as I used to be. But pleased to hear there's a relaunch happening.”

“Due to you using Everi as your courrier I STILL have not received this dress!!! It has been out for delivery twice and both times failed to be delivered - this is ALWAYS the case with Everi! I strongly suggest you change your courier company!”

“Ordered on the 6th June, said it would take 1-3 days for delivery. I waited a week, nothing. Contacted support who said they would look into it and refunded my shipping. I waited another week and contacted support.. said they would look into it, heard nothing back. Eventually a month later I just sent them an email and asked for a refund. Happy they gave me one but they should have just checked if it was in stock before letting me buy it.”
