“I found this blouse rather underwhelming. It may look fabulous on some but on me it was a bit of a non event. Plus it was a little bit tight around the bust. I should have taken notice of the reviews!”

“I oredered my skirt twice, first by courier and it arrived quickly and on time, but had to pay for it, as I had to return that order as it was on the large size I reordered to store. After waiting 7 days I decided to go into the store and ask if it had arrived, and it had, but I wasnt notified. the store were very good and apologised but it wasnt known why I had not been told it had arrived”

“I don’t know if this is a new problem but customer service is a real disappointment. Weeks to resolve a missing item and then a delay in refunds. I have lost count of the amount of times I’ve had to try and contact them using every means possible. In future I will only buy in store.”

“I got the jumpsuit in this fabric and colour which I love. Unfortunately the dress which looks gorgeous on the model was huge. I ordered a size 10 as I'm normally between a 10 and 12 but it was massive so iI had to send it back.”

“The top never arrived, despite being sent numerous emails saying it was dispatched. It took me 5 attempts (holding on the chat function) for over an hour and a number of emails before it was finally looked into and deemed that the top had been lost. At this point they had no more in stock. I then had to email again to ask where my refund was and also to ask for the next day delivery (lol) to be refunded. So I can’t comment on the actual item as it’s somewhere in the wind.”
