“Trainers were delivered scuffed and damaged. Clear Fred on the bottom of shoe where someone had worn and returned. They were also covered in black marks. Extremely disappointing.
When returning the shoe the cashier asking if “I would like a refund” which I thought was a rhetorical question….”
“I have been buying this particular trainer from Whistles since 2018! I found my first pair in a shop in Amersham but since then I’ve bought online. I have huge problems with my feet so it’s really important to have good quality leather trainers but I also want to look good. The Koki trainers are not bulky but petite and comfortable! I shall continue to purchase them but I buy two pairs at a time !!”
