It felt scratchy and was very disappointing, and I was left feeling "shrinkflation" is now happening to clothes and not just food and any quality is being taken out of a product for the company to save money / make more profit. I was expecting a lovely soft, wool coat and instead got something that felt like a hessian sack!”
