Unfortunately, I had a few issues with marks on the shearling side of the coat I ordered online. I ended up ordering another one from one of the stores as it was out of stock online. When it arrived, it too had a mark on it, but in a more noticeable position. However, customer services at Whistles were really good.
I kept the online order and I've worn my coat a few times, but lost one of the buttons on it...pity it doesn't come with a spare button for the cost of such a coat.
The coat I returned hasn't been refunded to my credit card account yet, it's now 3 weeks since I got a customer services email to confirm its refund. I think that this is blip because I did a phone order from a store....?
I'm hoping that customer services will sort this out very quickly now that I've brought it to their attention. As I said, they have been very good to date. Yes, I would recommend the coat and Whistles.”
