We ordered from the website during the covid situation and was pleasantly surprised with the rapid delivery.The set came with a free parasol and base which wasa nice touch from Whitestores and the parasol matched the cushions. At the time we thought adding the cushion storage box was a little too expensive however after using the set for a few days we have decided the cushion storage box would be very useful so we came back to order and the sales guy on the phone was very understanding and generously gave us a 5% discount so I cannot rate these guys highly enough. “The purchase is just ace. I bought instore but asked if they could hold delivery for when i had the garden refurbishment finished and that wasnt a problem at all. They even delivered and took all the rubbish away which i thought was a great service, (you have to pay a little extra for this but well worth it). It needs assembling but you don tneed to be a genius as the guys were finished in 25 mins. My wife is happy !”
“We recently received our set and absolutely love it. It is very comfortabkle, looks elegant and is definitly durable. The only thing i would say is i dont se why you should pay extra for a cover. It shoiuld be included and it woold be very useful. Even thought the cushions are water resistent, moisturre does go in when there is a heavy down pour. Otherwise happy with this product”
