“Unfortunately it has arrived damaged. The sofa is scratched on the corner where it’s obvious, and the table rattan was unravelled on arrival. I have been trying for 4 days to speak to someone… via online chat, email and phone. My advice was to “ Regarding the unraveled rattan on one of the table legs, you can try rewinding the weave and securing it with glue to prevent any further unraveling” I’m very upset and disappointed. Especially after reading reviews and visiting a store to check quality before purchase. I am now stuck with a damaged set in my dining room not knowing what to do.

“So I bought the furnature a few weeks ago and covered it up unopened with a tarpauling, Its been down to minus 5 outside and far to cold to use the furnature but whitestore clearly dont think about things like that and have asked for a review so here goes from what I can see.
The cardboard boxes that the stuff comes in are a nice brown color and the plastic wrap they put around them is thin but does help keep the pallet together”
