“Excellent quality. Delivery was prompt and straightforward. 2 person assemble but not too difficult. We are so happy with it. Really sturdy, cushions are comfy and don't slide about. The recliner is a great feature.”
“Part assembly is required that should be simple. However, for the side reclining arm, one of the two hindge positions had holes that did not line up making it impossible to assemble. Fortunately I had a power drill and the right size drill bit to open up the restricted atrea (see photo's attached). Inital view is that the gas struts for the side reclines are too powerful, meaning you have to apply a lot of force to recline which won't suit everyone. Apart from these points it looks good and is comfortable.”
