“Really good quality furniture and packed and wrapped individually so as to avoid damage.
Delivery was spot on but had to ring the courier on the morning to get a better idea of time of delivery as I was originally given 9-5pm. Delivery guy very polite and obliging and placed it exactly where I asked him to.
Did find instructions a little hard to follow and understand and had an issue with one hole not lining up so couldn't get the bolt through but my husband got over the issue by drilling the hole in the right place.
All in all lovely set but having a few problems still trying to get the recliner side of things working. As it's raining, we haven't had a chance to have another look at this.
The seating is lower than most sets we looked at.
Other than that, good depth cushions and happy so far.”
