“Pleased with product. Looking forward to using it a lot in the Summer. A couple of issues:
1: The instructions mentioned how to use the igniter to lite the fire, but it did not detail how to get the igniter working, no mention that it needed a battery which wasn't provided, and no mention how to install it. The only way I found out was going though the manual and on the page detailing fault finding where it mentions checking the battery. I worked out what battery was required, how to install it in the igniter and how to fix the igniter to the fire pit. All sorted now.
2: It took me ages to find the rubber feet which I needed to go on each corner of the fire pit base. I looked in all the packages but no luck, then I found them inside the fire pit base upside down. Again all sorted now.”
“I haven't used the table yet, as the weather hasn't really been that great to sit outside, however, as far as the quality goes - The table is really robust and looks fabulous outside. It arrived with a good quality cover. Looking forward to using this table in the comming summer months.
Oh - and by the way - The service and delivery was OUTSTANDING! I will definitley be purchasing more from White Store in the near future!”
“I’ve only recently had my fire pit because of the horrendous rain we’re having lately I haven’t had a chance to use it. I love the shape and design just a bit disappointed that the Nova sign is upside down. I’m very surprised at White Stores as it wasn’t packaged as much as they normally do and moved around in the box quite easily which is why I think there’s the old few bumps on it but I’m not bothered by the bumps. It still looks amazing. To me, I wondered if somebody sent it back and it wasn’t check properly before being sent out as a new item. Nevertheless I still love it. Hope it works properly when I do go to use it which I’m sure it will. I’ve used white stone ever since they first started and have the Chelsea sofa and fire pit which I’ve had for years and it’s amazing. I have their Santas , Reindeers etc and would definitely recommend this company as I think it’s one of the best and it’s one I always stand my friends too. Just hope when I go to sort out Nova sign it doesn’t mark it. Would use White Stores continually as they are one of the best companies on the market.”
