“The metal skirt arrived badly damaged. It was placed in a thin cardboard box which was battered and the skirt had been put in the box with no protective wrapping on it! To be fair White Stires were unable to replace it as it was the last one in stock. They gave me a full refund no questions asked and an apology. So cannot fault them in that respect.”
