“Really happy with our pergola and I think it looks great. It arrived packaged really well with good quality fixtures and fittings. It does advise 2-3 people to build and we managed it with 2 but an extra set of hands would have been useful at times.”

We bought a metal sofa with cushions, separately and what a spot to sit and eat at our table or sitting on the sofa reading a book. I would recommend this company without hesitation. “The company were seemlessly helpful from start to finish. I went with White Stores as they had it all in stock, didn't over charge for installation and offered the size I needed which was 5m x 3m which nobody else did and that fitted our area perfectly.
The delivery company missed the estimated delivery time, but a quick phone call to White Store and a polite and apologetic operator and things were back on track with the installation team giving me a call to arrange it all.
When they arrived to get it all delivered and set up, they were brilliant. Punctual, phoning ahead and througholy polite during the installation. They checked with us throughout the process to make sure we were happy and got it sorted.
