“I absolutely love my new Pergola. It was the only one I could find to fit my patio and at such a great affordable price. Delivered quickly and no problem with assembly, I did pay a couple of lads, it took them just over 3 hours.
For me the biggest benefit it not having to keep putting the cover on the garden furniture every time it rains! We can now just sit out whenever we feel like it, day or evening. It’s an extra room!”
“A well made and sturdy pergola which took about 4-5 hours to put together with the hardest bit definitely being putting the frame up. Some of the pieces are labelled in strange places so I recommend checking you have all the parts before starting as some are in the second box.
I was really impressed with the screws and fixing box which was rigid and well packaged. Plently of spare screws were provided and the instructions were ok.
My only critisisms are that one of the legs has a large scratch which was made during shipping, I accepted this since it wasnt going to be seen when installed.
Two of the louvers were heavily dented and damaged. I sent an email to the custimer service team but received no reply. This could not have been inspected on delivery.”
“Well made and quite simple to put together it took about 4hrs for me and the son-in-law to assemble ,all the fixings are sent in a nice plastic box and all marked up so it was easy to find them and the instructions were easy to follow”
“Looks great - took 4 hrs for 2 men to put up. Will see how it holds up in the rain/wind - don’t know yet. Bit ‘shaky’ despite being bolted to the ground, so needed to add planters for support as shown in image. But as only four poles and a roof wouldn’t have expected it not to have some give. Initially very happy as looks lovely and does the job. Time will tell on weather resilience.”
“Really happy with the pergola. After reading all the reviews myself and my husband decided we should be able to knock it up in a couple of hours, it took us 6!!!!! Obviously not very good at following instructions!!
The only disappointment we had is that you can’t purchase the pull down sides for it. Almost all other pergolas come with the option to buy these but unfortunately this one doesn’t. I’ve managed to make two side pieces using an extendable rod, some tubing and then material attached to the tubing which look pretty good.”
“Delivered as promised. No problems. Had my joiner build the pergola as it had to be sunk into decking to avoid planning issues. He said it was a well made quality pergola. I must say we are pleased with the look and quality feel of the pergola.”
