“I researched the hell out of buying a pergola and decided to got with white stores. I visited a the Milton Keynes showroom which was impressive. Took around 2 months to be delivered from purchase due to it being out of stock but the date I had from the start was kept, and the delivery was good. I put the whole pergola together on my own with a small bit of help to get the frame connected. For the question of “is it completely water tight”, well I would say almost, as in a huge deluge monsoon you might get the odd drip but it’s still very good, the Louvre system is effortless. All in very good to look at on new patio, doubling up as a car port also,
and good quality, so all in I am impressed and only wish I had budget to purchase the pull down screens. Will have to wait until next summer !”
“Wow this pergola is very well made and considerable thought has gone into its design, manufacture, it arrived very well packed, strong cardboard against damage, my wife & I decided to assemble ourselves, well we began and it crossed our mines What have we done! It's not often these days you can assembly something like this with NO problems but that we did, no missing bits, parts fitted superbly NO hammering, leavening not even a swear it doesn't B fit! And in 2 Days finished, yes I know 2 days your saying, but for us oldies (74 & 79) thought not bad. Looks a real treat, have now added a sliding screen, quality.”
