“Very impressed with the pergola. Everything was packaged up very well to ensure I received everything in one go and that it was protected during delivery. All the screws were clearly labelled and there were a few spares for each item (this helped me when I rounded off a screw, so had a spare and also when I dropped a screw between a gap in the decking!). Instructions were clear, but I'm not sure the 2 to 3 hours is realistic. I did it over two days, but I did have quite a few beer breaks. I'm aware this is a huge Pergola for my small garden, but it's transformed my garden into an all-year-round space.”

It gave great confidence as everything was so clearly labelled. It felt like a premium kit before assembly. Putting it together was easy due to clear instructions.
