“Recently invested in an expensive storage box for furniture cushions and paid extra for the service to build and put the unit together on delivery. Sadly it leaks, we thought it was condensation from the frost, but it’s not. We have had to remove all cushions as they are soaking and some covered in mould already. The unit looks lovely and sturdy, however it’s faulty for the function it needs to be used for.”
“Expensive for what it is. An absolute pig to put together (takes 40 minutes to get to a point where you can actually put it together) and the quality is good but had at least 4 screw holes which wouldn’t take a screw. Expected more for such an expensive box! Waterproof and huge so great as a storage receptacle, but having got it, I feel a bit cheated as it’s a lot of dough.”
“Over all very good cutomer service. Our first box arrived damaged in places and Whitestores replaced it, after some discussion and photos detailing issues, and have been pleasant and courteous. The box is sturdy and spacious and is soundly storing all cushions from patio set. Construction was clear just take the time to read instructions. It took 2 of us an hour and a half and we were done. It comes with screw driver and spanner but if you have an electric scew driver it will improve the experience and save
time. All in all very pleased with the product and service. Thank you”
“A very good looking storage box, its easier to put together when their is two of you. Make sure you build it on level ground as I did it on the lawn so as not scratch the paint work, but the lid didn't sit correctly, put it on the level patio released all the screw and retighten and it all fits like a glove.”
“Great quality and massively big cushion box. Easily holds the cushions from a 3 seater sofa, 3 large armchairs and 4 dining chairs (all have both seat and back cushions) - and with space to spare!
It took a while to assemble but the instructions are great, the hardware was of great quality and amazingly, the required bits for my screwdriver were also provided.
