Some suggestions that could help the customer experience:
1. Inform that the Pergola comes in 4 large boxes.
2. Indicate which box the gear Louvre is in.
3. Advise (in the instruction book) that the main gear Louvre is different to the others.
4. Optional advice, when installing louvres, if access to one or both sides is limited, that the linking rod/s could be attached and connected as each Louvre is installed.
Otherwise, excellent product.”

It definitely took two of us to put it together, and the instruction booklet could have been clearer. It wasn't until we watched a YouTube clip that we fully understood how the paddles went in. We also found that the screw holes were a tiny bit too small for the screws on the control bar paddle holes.”
