“Please be mindful of the design. The base pole is not vertical. This means the pole is at an odd angle. This may be fine for some, but where I have the parasol it would look better straight. So a little disappointed. Helpful support service, 2 agreed it is an odd design and 1 said it’s a necessary design.”
