“I bought one of these umbrellas in 2024. The quality of this new umbrella was not as good as the one I bought last year. The frame and raising mechanism is not as robust I presume a new supplier has been found . The base I bought in addition to the umbrella does the job and keeps this very large umbrella grounded.”
“Parasol is fine but I would advise to avoid White Stores. It arrived with a non rotating base plate and the customer service department are the worst I've ever come across. Phone is never answered and emails take days for any response.”
