“Product was identified as faulty by White Stores. They insisted on sending a replacement transformer rather than a replacement product. When it didn’t work they insisted that we pay to send the item back for them to consider a replacement. They continued to take ages to respond to emails and the whole return process took a month (still going on). After spending over £3k with them last year we will rethink going forward.”
“The 20m rainbow coloured cluster lights were a much different colour to both the photo in the description and the other rainbow sets I ordered. It looks like the wrong colour blue LEDs were used. Customer service were generally helpful, they offered a 10% refund to keep the faulty product as I had already installed them. Not great as I'll probably have to replace these next year.”
