“Excellent product with only one glitch - I'll get back to that. Order process, delivery notification etc all excellent. Product packaging is super, with my 40 metre strings folded into 5 bundles, all nicely aligned, so it's easy to open and install without getting all tangled. One issue only - I had a minor technical problem and the contact/chat page wasn't of sufficient capacity for me to explain the details. As it happens, after running the lights of one string with dim LEDs for 10 minutes the sections which were not illuminated properly got brighter and all is well.
