“The product arrived slightly damaged. The top wicker on one of the sides was snapped. We have kept it as we need it for the Christmas tree but if I had more time I would have returned it. It came delivered in a see through plastic wrap- I would suggest boxing it up securely in future so it doesn't get damaged in transit.”
“The one we ordered was way too big for what wwe needed, item is lovely, but the process for return and exchange was not customer friendly. Consequently we ended up with something not it for purpose, whih has since been rehoused.”
