“Even with a lot of "fluffing" of the branches, the tree is very gappy compared with the photograph on the website, which shows no gaps to the grey wall behind. At £80 it's a decent tree, but not what I wanted. Will have to fill in with more lights/decorations than planned.”

“Hi. On delivery I was very disappointed as the box was in a very bad state and nearly did not accept delivery -see pictures. We decided to unpack the tree as we did not need to keep the box particularly. On unpacking the tree again I was disappointed as it looked very sparse. However once we had fluffed and straightened out the branches it was much improved. When fluffling branches some of the small ones came away from the tree. I personally do not think it looks as good as the photograph used to advertise it but overall it did look much better than I first thought. I decided to keep the tree as I did not want the faff of returning it. I have not yet decorated the tree so I am hoping it will improve the overall look.”
