“I was aware of the dimensions before I bought the base but still surprised how big it actually is. Once filled, it’s still reasonably easy to move on a flat surface by tilting onto the two wheels. Changing surface heights a little more difficult as lifting is required.”
“This umbrella base keeps a very large umbrella secure. It has a large footprint and even though it has wheels I would not try moving it around once filled with sand and water. It would have been useful to know how many bags of sand to buy to fill the base but it definitely does the job.”
“Very easy to fill with kiln dried sand as opening is very wide and could pour the sand in straight from a bucket mixed with some water to complete process
