“Very poor communication, I paid for white glove delivery and did not get this. I had to wait an extra week after my product had been delivered, before it was assembled.
Communication is very poor between customer service and you can not speak directly to a manager.
Be careful, if you pay for your product to be assembled make sure it is on the same day as delivery.
I had to take 2 separate days off work for both. Very disappointing when it came to white glove service, not worth the money.”
