“Very poor communication, I paid for white glove delivery and did not get this. I had to wait an extra week after my product had been delivered, before it was assembled.
Communication is very poor between customer service and you can not speak directly to a manager.
Be careful, if you pay for your product to be assembled make sure it is on the same day as delivery.
I had to take 2 separate days off work for both. Very disappointing when it came to white glove service, not worth the money.”

“Not the best pictures, sorry, but this pergola is amazing! Everyone comments on how good and sturdy this is. It took 2.5 hours to put together. Instructions are very easy to follow. The top fully opens and closes and no rain comes through! Light kit was very easy to install, and changes colours. We have ours set on a timer to come on and off at certain times on the evening”
