“I bought two of these a month ago. The first to arrive worked well for one week then the top spout ceased working and the top bowl light also stopped working. I got the top spout working again by further restricting the tube supplying the top bowl up through the light fitting, but the light still does not work, a bit disappointing I feel. The second one (identical model)arrived two weeks later and is so far working as intended. Both have transformers at the plug socket, and both transformers get very hot to the touch after about 20 minutes and too hot for comfort after 30 minutes or so. But when in operation it is a nice little visual and aural pleasure.”
“It appears to be well made at a good price and performs well with one fault. The lead from the pump to the first connection is not long enough. With the pump on the bottom of the tank there is not enough cable for the next connection to clear the edge ……ie clear of the water. Pleased with the unit overall.”
