Animate any location you'd like with RGB LED strip lights and bring them to life with this RGB Colour Touch Controller. Each purchase of the controller comes with its own receiver and a controller that features a glossy black finish displaying the multitude of options available.
The controller is compatible with both the 12v and 24v versions of RGB LED tape manufactured by Mirrorstone as well as a whole host of other RGB strip lights from other manufacturers. You can also control the connected strips from a distance of up to 20m from the receiver. This distance can however be reduced depending on factors such as where it is mounted and the materials which surround the unit.
This phenomenal distance is mainly down to the wireless remote using radio frequency to emit its signal. This radio frequency means that you will not require a direct line of site to change the colour. Each controller also features RJ45 compatibility meaning that you can link multiple ones together, allowing for massive installations to be ran from one controller!

Thanks to the colour wheel on the remote, there is almost a limitless amount of colours that you can achieve including a massive range of tertiary colours. There is also 9 different effects you can achieve with the controller, all of which are catalogued below:

Each RGB Touch Controller also features a maximum load of 288w at 12v or 576w at 24v meaning there is a massive range of lengths that you can ran off of the controller depending on the voltage option selected. Each of the available strip light have maximum lengths that can be ran as they will suffer from voltage drop. The list below depicts how much you can run of each strip light:
■ 12v 7.2w/m RGB LED Strip Light - 40m in maximum lengths of 10m each;
■ 12v 14.4w/m RGB LED Strip Light - 20m in maximum lengths of 7.5m each;
■ 24v 14.4w/m RGB LED Strip Light - 40m in maximum lengths of 10m each.

Making Sure Your Controller Is Protected From Foreign Objects
Unlike the range of RGB LED strip lights which are compatible with this Touch Controller, there isn't the option of selecting one of the various IP Ratings meaning that as it is IP20 rated, it will need to be installed where there isn't a chance of water reaching it.
This rating does however stop any solid objects 12mm or wider from entering into the unit. This low IP Rating doesn't mean that it can only be used on LED strip lights that are to be mounted inside, however, as we offer a free cutting and soldering service on our LED strips we can extend the tails with 4 Core Cable on your strip lights to help the connection reach inside, or you can install the controller within an IP Rated box to protect it from any water splashes.
