“First of all I would like to say that the tube light when received work well as expected. That's all I can say that was good. I ordered the part on 7th October with a next day delivery. It didn't arrived the next day. The parcel was marked for Royal mail tracking. I called the office to be told that the order was still being processed and that i would be credited for the failure of the next day delivery. On the Monday I called again to be told it would be delivered the next day. Same again on Tuesday and Wednesday. On Tursday I was told that Feddex were the culprits due to the "global situation".What happened to the Royal Mail delivery? I called customer services again. I was told that the customer service manager was talking to Feddex about a number of issues and that I would be clled by the end of the day. It didn't happen . I still haven't received the credit for the failed delivery.”

I am sorry to hear about the issues you have had with your order. There was a global wide issue with FedEx, where all of the parcels we shipped were not being delivered to customers which caused a back log as well as a delay. I am unsure why you were informed of Royal Mail delivery as anything over 1 meter is always sent with FedEx. I can assure you this will be investigated further to see exactly what went wrong.
