“I put this in my cart and paid for it with other items but then when I received my purchases the hat wasn’t packed. I never got a notification from the team saying it was out of stock just a piece of paper In my package circling that this item is out of stock. This is the second time the website has allowed me to pay for an out of stock item without any notifications. In this instance it was actually meant to be a gift so it was a very disappointing experience. I think the inventory on the website needs to be improved to reflect actual live stock levels so that this doesn’t happen in the future.”
