“Beautiful knitted Jacket but terrible customer service. I purchased 4 of these and asked for them to be wrapped in seperate bags as they were gifts. They missed it and came in the same bag. I called and politely left my details and order number so they could send me out 3 more and no one ever did. Not great at all.”

Thanks Giada for your review, I wasn't able to find an email requesting these additional bags - the note on the order did ask for the items to be individually gift wrapped and I believe this was actioned? Please also understand we do only send one tote bag per order. I hope that the receivers loved their gifts regardless of not receiving a tote bag. W+F x
