“My vet gave me a set of beautiful Windsong memorial chimes when we lost our dog to cancer earlier this year. When I looked online, I saw the option to add an ashes pendant, and so I emailed Kathy and Chris to ask about the possibility. Kathy advised the best way to have it added would be to return the chimes and they would do it for me. I was unsure, because these chimes felt so precious as a memento of my darling dog, but I packaged them up and sent them away on the Friday; by Monday afternoon, Chris had already spoken with me by phone to confirm exactly what the job was, and they were returned to me by Wednesday, ready for me to add the ash. The workmanship is excellent, the service could not be kinder or faster and I highly recommend Windsong, both for their beautiful, melodic chimes, and their amazing customer service.”
