“A little expensive; but a quick turn around and a professional looking product. Leaf not large enough for small statements which is a bit weird with what engravers can do to lockets, but ces la vie. Offered a standard alternative with less personal character based on their set images and professional opinion which is fine i guess. The swift customer service was appreciated; basically texted next day and then made overnight and shipped express as ordered. Arrived in fit condition as offered. Website can use some love as it resets the written input losing your statement when you choose alternate colors; and can possibly use some metrics like character limit to avoid the issue i had (sounds like a haiku would be pushing it space wise).”

“My third lot of Windsong Chimes has now been put in place and when the wind blows a gentle breeze or even not a very gentle breeze, I am entranced by the gentle tones of my Windsong Chimes. They look lovely in a row just waiting to chime away. The most important aspect for me is the fact that I purchased these products which are MADE IN AUSTRALIA. So very happy about that. So I say to prospective customers - buy AUSTRALIAN - buy from WINDSONG.”

“I gave this as a gift to my family who recently lost their dad. I was part of the design and lettering of the text which then turned out exactly how I wanted it. They loved the gift and were very appreciative. Would highly recommend ordering from here”

“The windchimes are lovely, we purchased them as a gift and were entirely happy with the whole process, Kathy and Chris were extremey helpful and professional throughout the to-ing and fro-ing, and my being not overly organized in the lead up! I truly appreciate the time, thoughtfulness and the end result, my sister was very touched with this special gift, many thanks to you and I will definitely be spreading the word!”
