“I purchased chimes as a remembrance gift for my best friend who's father passed away. 5 star service every step of the way, from the initial call to the fast tracked production and delivery to ensure it reached my friend in time before the funeral. Best of all, my friend LOVED it and was really touched. A special personalised gift in memory of her father. Would highly recommend!”

“What a great experience I had dealing with Kath and Chris at WindSong Chime. I found them on google while trying to look for something different to send a dear friend who lost their mother. This was such a beautiful gift and their correspondence to get the right message engraved on the wooden wind sail was great. My friends love it. Then a few weeks later they unfortunately also lost their father. I called Kath and asked if we could redo the wind sail with a new engraving to include their father's name. Kath and Chris were so lovely and had it all sorted within days. If you are looking for an Australian made product from people that obviously are very focused on the customer journey, please take a look at these beautiful wind chimes.”

“Thank you to Kathy and Chris for the provision of our wonderful 'Willow Champagne' wind chime which we love in our newly renovated backyard. The melody is so soothing, the quality of the product 5 star. The warm service and attentiveness to the packaging and delivery of our windchime was very much appreciated. We also had another beautiful 'Willow Pink Blush' windchime sent to our family friends who have undergone the loss of loved ones recently. This windchime has also found the prefect spot in in their garden in order for the family to remember and reminisce. Kathy and Chris ensured that this windchime was sent in a timely manner and beautifully wrapped, protected and delivered as promised. What a wonderful Australian Manufacturing business to support.
