“Unfortunately, the appearance of this product did not match the picture. The center shaft that supports the smaller serving trays was badly misaligned. Instead of being perpendicular to the trays, it is very crooked. Customer service was very responsive in sending a replacement, but it also had the same problem. Obviously, a major quality control issue with this supplier.”

“Absolutely love this Adjustable Tiered Lazy Susan Server. Excellent Customer Service too, as the large tray had a chip in it and a replacement Lazy Susan was immediately sent as a replacement. Could not be happier with the replacement or Wine Enthusiast Customer Service!”
