“Bianca was excellent describing my selection and answering any questions I had. The order arrived in a timely fashion and I was extremely pleased to give it as a Christmas gift. The recipients were overjoyed by the gift and used it right away.”

“It took 2 months to resolve a delivery issue on a wine cabinet with many phone calls and issues. Product image not as expected but stuck with the purchase. Would never recommend this to anyone.”

“I was charged a different price than what was listed in the holiday catalog that I had just received. Every Wine Enthusiast agent I spoke with did not have the holiday catalog to refer to. One of them even asked me to take a picture of the item in the catalog and send it to him. I would suggest all agents be provided with the current catalog.”

“This rating is for the 32-Bottle Dual Zone Max Compressor. We replaced our 20-year old Vinotemp that had died with this one from Wine Enthusiast. We couldn't be happier!. The quality is excellent, it is virtually silent (we have it in our dining area), and each zone maintains the exact temperature we set. There is nothing not to like about this wine fridge.”

“One of the wine racks arrvied with a broken LED wire. Been almost a week since we requested assitance from Customer Service and yet no response as of this date.”

“The shipping packaging was barely intact. Only one strap left around the box so the bottom had about a six inch open gap. Dented and scratched on the outside of course, but it still runs for now. FedEx was the shipper.”

“The unit works fine. However, I’m very disappointed that the wine bottles rub against the rack above even though the unit’s features stated that the bottle clearance would not cause any contact with the wine rack above.”
