“I love my wine frig - the sage green is beautiful. Design mondern and functional. it is perfect in my blue cabinet kitchen. It has not been loud although not totally quiet when it turns on to cool.”

“I purchased a wall mount wine barrel for corks for friends. I requested that the font be larger and was told that shouldn’t be a problem but the couple we sent it to showed us their gift mounted to their wall, was very disappointed there were no modifications to it. You can’t see the Establish year once there’s corks in it. :( When I bought mine it was custom Mimi & Papa look at the difference in my uploaded pictures”

“In general, the experience in terms of discussing possible options with both tech support and the sales representative was very good. The delivery personnel were prompt in terms of specified dellivery time and very efficient in removing theold unit and installing the new one. All of the delivery information and notification function performed very well. The disappointment was the amount of time it took to receive the unit. Because the delivery time was lengthy, it meant everyday having to buy ice to keep all the bottles that were in the old unit chilled to keep them drinkable and safe until the new unit arrived -- roughly three weeks from time of order to delivery, plus addtional days to let the new unit settle down after shipment. Had the delivery been ten or so, I would have rated the overall experience very good.”

“It started making noise, I called customer service and 72 hours later I still Waiting for a response. I texted them and they have not responded. Subpar customer service! I am truly disappointed and surprised knowing the reputation of this company”

“Totally worthless. Delivery was delayed and delayed, and zero transparency for why. Then when it finally arrived, they refused to move the unit down a flight of stairs in spite of the fact that "any room was spec'd and the delivery location had been discussed with the dispatcher. I'll never know if the product was any good, given that even with months of waiting, I never received it,”
