“The unit works fine. However, I’m very disappointed that the wine bottles rub against the rack above even though the unit’s features stated that the bottle clearance would not cause any contact with the wine rack above.”

“The Ruskin wine cabinet has become a focal point in our Florida condo. The dual coolers are very nice feature for storing our wine and beverage items, keeping everything in one location is very convenient. One observation is the interior lighting is a bit harsh, I've inquired about adding a plug dimmer but have not received any feedback as of yet. The delivery process was a little worrisome as we are on a second floor unit and the cabinet weighs in at 400 pounds. The delivery was flawless however, two great guys brought the unit into the condo and made sure it was damage free and placed where we wanted it. We are extremely pleased with our Wine Enthusiast purchase.”

“Your products are quality. The delivery service you use (AM Delivery) must do a better job in getting your Customer’s product to them in a more timely manner. I was unhappy with how long it took them to get my product to me.”

“This is arguably the worst purchase of 2025 for me. I spent over 12K on 2 Eurocave Revelations. One doesn’t work. The instruction manual is worthless, the touch panel isn’t intuitive, and, worst of all, your customer service is absolutely horrible. I’ve left multiple messages, I’ve tried to text for service, my property manager has left messages, we remain on hold endlessly, and the sales team member who sold me the unit doesn’t know what to do either. This stuff is pure garbage. I would not recommend Eurocave or any Wine Enthusiast product to anyone.”

“Ordering of the fridge was easy. However the home delivery process ruined the experience. The fridge has been at their depot since September 26, I had to call the home delivery to follow up on delivery on October 9th. For a delivery the week of October 14th. Not happy and I should not pay for the home delivery as I had to chase them down. The fact you are sending me the survey Wine Enthusiast does not even know that my order was not delivered. You need to review your process. This has spoiled my experience and prevent me to recommend WE to my wine friends.”

“Although the furniture itself was a worthwhile purchase, the shipping experience was extremely disappointing. My inbox and phone were flooded with emails and texts from the shipper, but all that excessive communication did nothing to ensure the merchandise was delivered. Scheduling a delivery date was nearly impossible, and even once a date was confirmed, it proved meaningless; the order never arrived as promised. In the future, I would rather shop elsewhere than deal with their choice of courier again.”

“The Wine Enthusiast wine fridge cannot be repaired. No repair company, large or small, will take on the job. I was told by one person “these are meant to be disposable.” I would gladly pay for the repairs but there are no options - the list of authorized repair companies provided by Wine Enthusiast was a complete dead end.”

“Great experience with WE overall--super smooth. As far as the wine cooler itself, it's decent overall, good value, but not for the expert or high-end wine collector/collection. It's fine to just store a few bottles reliably. It does make some buzzing noise when it's reaching the set temp, but once it does it's pretty silent. My main beef with the cooler are the racks--they are super cheap, super flimsy, some are slightly bent, and there are some areas where the bottles are way too tight to store and remove--I already ripped one label while removing a bottle.”
