“The product itself, the Classic 80, seems to be good value so far. The product took 10 days just to get to the distribution location so be careful about putting too much value in the general WE "...24-48 hours" message. The delivery company, Metro Warehouse and Delivery, did a good job so also be wary of their reviews. I tracked the product the whole way and contacted their customer service department twice. No problems with delivery. The product definitely can't handle 80 bottles across a diverse set of bottle types but I am not sure any of the low to medium priced wine storage products can. I would estimate this can help 60 bottles on average. I would buy again but don't plan on getting the product for 3-4 weeks.”

“In general, the experience in terms of discussing possible options with both tech support and the sales representative was very good. The delivery personnel were prompt in terms of specified dellivery time and very efficient in removing theold unit and installing the new one. All of the delivery information and notification function performed very well. The disappointment was the amount of time it took to receive the unit. Because the delivery time was lengthy, it meant everyday having to buy ice to keep all the bottles that were in the old unit chilled to keep them drinkable and safe until the new unit arrived -- roughly three weeks from time of order to delivery, plus addtional days to let the new unit settle down after shipment. Had the delivery been ten or so, I would have rated the overall experience very good.”

“The wine cellar is fine. (I submitted a review to your website if you want the details on that.) The expectations around shipping could have been better. The site said "Leaves the warehouse in 24-48 hours", but leaves out the part about it sitting in a different warehouse for a week. I'd like to know that more clearly when ordering. I'd be more lenient in my critique if I hadn't paid $200 for shipping.”
