We've had the EuroCave Premiere M wine cellar for two weeks, and it's as advertised. The temperature fluctuates a little, which is expected. I set it on 54 and it's been anywhere between 52.3 and 56.6. The motor is quiet, and the cellar is well built. The Main du Sommelier shelving is fantastic. I've been buying a good bit of Bordeaux, so most of the shelves hold the bottles perfect. For shelves that have California cabs mixed in, there are some spacing issues. This cellar was the perfect size for us though, because we drink more than we collect. The white glove service was just okay. I wouldn't spend the extra money if you have someone who can help you bring it in the house. The delivery crew were nice but banged it around a little (no big issues) and ended up leaving all of the packaging outside instead of taking it with them. Regardless, we've enjoyed the cellar and would buy it again!
