I already have an under counter beverage fridge and (2) Vinoview wine cellars and it is time for a new cellar. The look and functionality of the machine is undeniably cool. I love the way the lighting and glass doors let me see the wine labels. Unfortunately, my new cellar has a pump that makes noise non stop. It is definitely loud enough to be heard and completely unlike my previous 2 units (which are about 2 years older). WE customer service is great and arranged a new y it to be sent. But that led to removing all my wine, waiting, and then dealing with all the packing materials the delivery crew left in my garage. Now I have to go through the process again. The newest bit is louder than the last and has intermittent issues with the compressor. It seems to run all the time. I feel like I am being unreasonable, but I have two identical units beside this running perfectly. Maybe it’s time to return it and find a more reliable solution.
