We purchased a new wine fridge and it randomly makes very odd but loud sounds. Let’s just say it’s far from whisper quiet.

I was charged a different price than what was listed in the holiday catalog that I had just received. Every Wine Enthusiast agent I spoke with did not have the holiday catalog to refer to. One of them even asked me to take a picture of the item in the catalog and send it to him. I would suggest all agents be provided with the current catalog.

One of the ordered pieces came with broken parts. I wrote of this before but there was no follow-up from your office. Hence, two stars.

My unit was delivered but immediately had an error code and shut down. I am still waiting for the replacement unit to arrive.

One of the wine racks arrvied with a broken LED wire. Been almost a week since we requested assitance from Customer Service and yet no response as of this date.

The shipping packaging was barely intact. Only one strap left around the box so the bottom had about a six inch open gap. Dented and scratched on the outside of course, but it still runs for now. FedEx was the shipper.

Although the furniture itself was a worthwhile purchase, the shipping experience was extremely disappointing. My inbox and phone were flooded with emails and texts from the shipper, but all that excessive communication did nothing to ensure the merchandise was delivered. Scheduling a delivery date was nearly impossible, and even once a date was confirmed, it proved meaningless; the order never arrived as promised. In the future, I would rather shop elsewhere than deal with their choice of courier again.

The wine cooler was delivered timely. However, it has dents and the temperature in bottom zone doesn’t go above 60°. I sent email and have not received response yet. I feel this is poor customer service.
