The unit works fine. However, I’m very disappointed that the wine bottles rub against the rack above even though the unit’s features stated that the bottle clearance would not cause any contact with the wine rack above.

Ordering of the fridge was easy. However the home delivery process ruined the experience. The fridge has been at their depot since September 26, I had to call the home delivery to follow up on delivery on October 9th. For a delivery the week of October 14th. Not happy and I should not pay for the home delivery as I had to chase them down. The fact you are sending me the survey Wine Enthusiast does not even know that my order was not delivered. You need to review your process. This has spoiled my experience and prevent me to recommend WE to my wine friends.

Dino is great! Unfortunately, I have not yet received my wine refrigerator. It was set up to be delivered last week or this week. It reached the local shipping facility 2 weeks ago but as of today there is still no delivery date/time set. I specifically chose deliver these 2 weeks as I will be unable to receive it after this week. Very frustrating.

Some words on the instructions would make this process a lot easier. One of the base holes wasn’t drilled correctly so I had to find another screw to use so it was secured. It just seemed they could put more effort in to QA.

Goods/package arrived in timely manner. Decanter was not quite as I hoped, but almost impossible to find it in-store in the U.S.

When I received the cooler it was smaller than I thought. I wanted to exchange it but it would have cost $80 to return and exchange it. So they one I have is acceptable not extremely happy with it

shipping was very delayed on the wine racks i ordered but not atypical of what we are experiencing these days. Wine rack pricing fits a niche....not inexpensive but also not super expensive so fit the slot of what i was looking for. Depending on which rack you purchase will determine the complexity of the assembly so put some time aside. one of the units i purchased was a corner unit which is a bit time consuming to assemble but i am happy with the outcome. You will undoubtably have to re-assemble alongh the way as the directions leave something to be desired (more typical than not when made in another country). Most predrilled holes were drilled and i did have a few "weak" pieces that cracked but just repaired with glue as this is much easier than any return/replace exercise. At the end of the day i am happy with the final product.
