It took 2 months to resolve a delivery issue on a wine cabinet with many phone calls and issues. Product image not as expected but stuck with the purchase. Would never recommend this to anyone.

I have tried to reach you via phone and chat bot repeatedly to say you still have not sent one of my bags from the order. I filed a complaint with my credit card. Your customer svc is awful.

This is arguably the worst purchase of 2025 for me. I spent over 12K on 2 Eurocave Revelations. One doesn’t work. The instruction manual is worthless, the touch panel isn’t intuitive, and, worst of all, your customer service is absolutely horrible. I’ve left multiple messages, I’ve tried to text for service, my property manager has left messages, we remain on hold endlessly, and the sales team member who sold me the unit doesn’t know what to do either. This stuff is pure garbage. I would not recommend Eurocave or any Wine Enthusiast product to anyone.

Poor communication. Very disappointed in our dealings. Quick to charge us. VERY slow to send us our cooler. Disappointed. All the way around.

The Wine Enthusiast wine fridge cannot be repaired. No repair company, large or small, will take on the job. I was told by one person “these are meant to be disposable.” I would gladly pay for the repairs but there are no options - the list of authorized repair companies provided by Wine Enthusiast was a complete dead end.

absolutely horrible experience. not once, with a defective wiall mount wine rack. but TWICE, when a second rack arrived 1 box short. after a 2 month wait no less! a clueless business operation. top to bottom.

Wine racks from WE are a disaster. Instructions on the web differ from the product. Not all items on the web come with the shipment as it states on the web. Trucking firm that delivered the wine racks dropped them and broke cartons open, had to sign for 2 damaged. Wood racks easily split when installed with supplied screws and directions. Racks do not line up. Would not repeat this purchase.

The opener does not work. When trying to remove a cork, the screw travels perhaps 1/2 an inch into the cork and then reverses itself. Can you help me with this problem? Marshall Kyger 228-363-2488

Took several emails to finally get a replacement on warranty. The original cooler made noise that sounded like it would short any moment! To make matters worse, I had to pay somebody to haul the faulty cooler as Wine Enthusiast does not take any responsibility for taking the faulty one back. All in all, the purchase cost me more in dollars and in aggravation!

Wine enthusiast is one of those companies where no matter how many times you unsubscribe and block their emails, they continue to email you multiple times a day. I highly recommend never visiting their website or ordering from them. Just visiting the website triggers emails from them.
