“absolutely horrible experience. not once, with a defective wiall mount wine rack. but TWICE, when a second rack arrived 1 box short. after a 2 month wait no less! a clueless business operation. top to bottom.”

“Dino is great! Unfortunately, I have not yet received my wine refrigerator. It was set up to be delivered last week or this week. It reached the local shipping facility 2 weeks ago but as of today there is still no delivery date/time set. I specifically chose deliver these 2 weeks as I will be unable to receive it after this week. Very frustrating.”

“Very happy with purchase of my dual zone wine fridge. Started up easily. Very quiet and looks sharp. Lite inside gives it a nice look. This is the second unit I purchased from Wine Enthusiast. The first was 10 years ago.”

“Wine racks from WE are a disaster. Instructions on the web differ from the product. Not all items on the web come with the shipment as it states on the web. Trucking firm that delivered the wine racks dropped them and broke cartons open, had to sign for 2 damaged. Wood racks easily split when installed with supplied screws and directions. Racks do not line up. Would not repeat this purchase.”

“The wine cooler was delivered timely. However, it has dents and the temperature in bottom zone doesn’t go above 60°. I sent email and have not received response yet. I feel this is poor customer service.”

“The opener does not work. When trying to remove a cork, the screw travels perhaps 1/2 an inch into the cork and then reverses itself. Can you help me with this problem? Marshall Kyger 228-363-2488”

“Took several emails to finally get a replacement on warranty. The original cooler made noise that sounded like it would short any moment! To make matters worse, I had to pay somebody to haul the faulty cooler as Wine Enthusiast does not take any responsibility for taking the faulty one back. All in all, the purchase cost me more in dollars and in aggravation!”
