“I had a lot of difficulty contacting customer service and receiving information about ordering parts. After about two or three weeks of following up, I finally received some information. I ordered the parts and when they didn’t work, they recommended another part that is out of stock for an unknown amount of time. My Wine refrigerator is still not fixed.”

“Excellent recommendation for my needs. Holds all the bottles I wanted. Surprisingly easy to move. Only issue has been securint 375ml bottles, but have added a little spongy wrap to secure them.”

“I've been looking for a new electric wine opener. My old one was becoming difficult to use due to the arthritis in my hands/fingers and having to press and hold a button to remove the cork. I chose the Electric Blue Automatic Wine Opener. I am SO pleased with my purchase! With no buttons to press, it is almost magical! I read several reviews that mentioned problems with the screw not going in straight. I've had NO issues with this whatsoever. I've been purchasing wine specifically with corks so that I can use the opener! I highly recommend this little cork screw . . . even if you don't have arthritis!”

“Good customer service via text messages. The first ordered unit (18 bottle cooler) had to be replaced due to over-cooling. After some trial and error we found that the unit operates best when fully stocked. So far, we are enjoying our purchase.”

“The maximum stars is because everyone has been very helpful on the phone. HOWEVER The first wine cellar was delivered broken and the replacement hasn’t been delivered yet.”

“I am very pleased with the way my wine cabinet turned out. It was easy to put together and looks nice. I had a larger cutout in my wall so I made an upper cabinet to add to it. I liked the look of the natural wood but because I added onto the cabinet, I unfortunately needed to paint it.”

“Not good. I was persuaded by Wine Enthusiast agent to buy a different model than the one I was looking for. Soon after putting it in operation I noticed that humidity was unstable and increasing. I wrote the agent and he hasn’t come back to me in more than a month. I feed there’s no post sale customer service”

“original item arrived damaged. Refused delivery , and coordinated with the customer service team to accept delivery with a discount and a repair man to come repair unit. I have emailed twice in regards to setting up an appointment for the repair man, but the feedback I received that is they are working on it. Disappointed in initial quality and follow up.”
