“Wine enthusiast is one of those companies where no matter how many times you unsubscribe and block their emails, they continue to email you multiple times a day. I highly recommend never visiting their website or ordering from them. Just visiting the website triggers emails from them.”

“Some words on the instructions would make this process a lot easier. One of the base holes wasn’t drilled correctly so I had to find another screw to use so it was secured. It just seemed they could put more effort in to QA.”

“I've had problems with my dual zone wine cooler and this second part, the display panel power board is just installed and working. It appears that everything is working as it should. I still find significant amounts of moisture in my dual unit but not in my single zone unit. Any advice for reducing the moisture build up in the dual unit?”

“The wine cellar is fine. (I submitted a review to your website if you want the details on that.) The expectations around shipping could have been better. The site said "Leaves the warehouse in 24-48 hours", but leaves out the part about it sitting in a different warehouse for a week. I'd like to know that more clearly when ordering. I'd be more lenient in my critique if I hadn't paid $200 for shipping.”
