“Easy to Install (once you have properly prepared your area). On summer days where outside temperature is 80 degrees, the unit is maintaining temperature within +/- 0.5 degrees F and about 54 degrees and 60% rh with extra $30 monitoring i have. It did take a week to get the temperature that tight but its a gradual control by design. The condensation line does put out about 2 cups of water per humid day so you should plan a drain line if you don't want to empty a bucket once a week. Very nice to have a reliable system. My install was in a basement and only about 500 cubic feet but feel confident this would fine with 2x my size. Delivery was fast, support was good”

“This WhisperKOOL unit replaced an 20+ year old unit that no longer worked. It was the right size and proved to be easy to swap out the old and install the new. It is working terrifically, quiet and the wine closet has never been in better shape. Even when I am in the basement, where it is located it barely makes a noise, well named. However, the only reason I don't give it 5 stars is the that the "in the room plug" is on the side of the machine about 4-5" back on the right side rather than the front of the machine. Since this is a retrofit into an existing location where the prior unit did have a front power plug, the intrusion into the room actually blocks the usage to a handful of wine storage racks. It's not that I don't have plenty of space, but it was something I didn't think through. I should have consider that and looked for other possible options with a front plug that could be flush against the wall like the original unit I was replacing for optimal storage space.”
