“This wine cooler is totally misrepresented. I bought it to replace a wine cooler (different brand but identical size). The pictures on the website do not at all look like the product. Advertised as "panel-ready" but shown with a light wood frame - the actual product has no frame, has holes in the door and has 2 bolts that stick out over 1" from the door. The panel that I had from the prior unit does not fit because the door is a different size but I would have been fine with the light wood frame as represented on the website. Customer service and tech support agreed that the product was misrepresented but after repeated calls and emails they have ghosted me.”

“The wine fridge seems to be working well. My only problem is with the software. The program will not work and keeps saying to wait for an upgrade from the vendor. The program is not stable and constantly crashes.”

“Upper section (whites) is set to and shows 41 degrees but is actually upper 40s, and the lower section (reds) is set to and indicating 58 degrees but is lower 50s. I contacted customer service and was supposed to receive a callback but never did. If someone can contact me, it would be appreciated. Peter OBrian 585-455-0132”
