Cools properly but is cheaply made. The soft close drawers do not close well and rattle. Looks nice, but I doubt it will last long. If I had seen it in person, I likely would not have purchased :(

This is a great looking appliance, and a very useful combination for storing wine and other beverages in a nice compact footprint. On the plus side, the wine racks are solid, and it holds more than I expected. My bottles are mainly burgundy style Pinot Noir and Pinot Gris, and they fit very easily. The downsides are (a) the refrigerator drawers are pretty flimsy, and (b) it's very noisy. The fan is comes on far too often, and even when it's not on I can hear this thing from two rooms away.

I’ve had the wine cellar for just under a week and it is keep everything cool and doing what it is supposed to. The lower drawers feel a bit flimsy probably due to the punch outs in them which I assume is for air circulation. The dividers are also not the best as they are short by about an 1/8 of an inch on all sides so it doesn’t lock stuff in. Otherwise it appears to be quite sturdy and have have already put 24 wine bottles and 2 cases of beer in it and working well. Some issues are that it was shipped with a broken handle where the screw wouldn’t thread into it so I tried calling the warranty number for wine enthusiast and was hung up on after 15 minutes and 5 minutes without being able to talk to someone. I then tried their online chat, got connected to a real person, explained my situation, and promptly disconnected. I then left a voicemail with a random extension and also emailed me the gentlemen that tried to upswell me on shipping. I have yet to get a reply from anyone at Wine Enthusiast. I would NOT recommend buying anything rom this company if they can’t return calls/emails a week after a new purchase that is close to 3k. I ended up bringing the handle to a buddy who is a machinist and he rethreaded the hole so I could install the handle. I also had to buy different screws as the ones provided were beyond cheap. They are metric M04.7 if memory serves and would recommend buying and using new screws for all handles due to them stripping with just using a screwdriver (no drill). All in all, it’s a super sturdy machine (did not install the anti-tip brackets as don’t think I’ll need them), I’d recommend using new screws for all the handles because they are so cheap, tighten the handle itself (small screw inside the middle of each end of the handle), and don’t expect any help from wine enthusiast is something goes wrong. Solid B rating for the wine cellar and F- for Wine Enthusiast. Can’t stress enough they have yet to even acknowledge my multiple attempts (leaving messages where available) to get a problem corrected. Would not recommend buying anything, even a cork, from them!

We ordered this wine fridge several months ago when we ordered cabinets for a built in wet bar, with the requirement that the door be reversible to fit our room/cabinet design. The cabinets were built specifically to fit this wine fridge but upon our unpacking and installation once the cabinets were done, this wine fridge does not include the necessary components to reverse the main door. I've spent over a month calling technical support several times a week and although I was originally told they were sending the bracket needed, it is still not correct and I'm back to the drawing board with a door opening to a window/wall. I'm not sure if I'll ever get the right bracket, but have already spent an exorbitant amount of time trying to get the part. The company needs to make sure their information is accurate, as I otherwise would never have ordered this fridge!

The wine cellar is quiet & the beverages are nice & chilled. The shelves are sturdy & easy too pull out. Plenty of room in the beverage drawers. I wish I had bought it sooner. I’ve seen similar products for $1k more. I’ve only had it for 2 weeks but I’m very happy with my purchase. The delivery service was great also. If you’re on the fence go for it!!!
