“While it was challenging to order replacement circuit boards for my 'N'finity, working with the technical support personnel at Wine Enthusiast, I was able to identify and order the 3 ciricuit boards. They were fairly easy to install and work great.”

“I am extremely disappointed in Wine Enthusist. My wine cooler stoped working so I called customer service. Your rep was helpful and told me I needed 2 parts, which I ordered. My appliance repair person tried to install, but you sent the wrong product. You then resent another wrong part, and finally stated that you no longer stock or will restock the correct part. I was advised to go to EBay or Amazon and try to order their correct part, as if somehow I would be capable of doing this. When I asked to speak with someone with authority, I was told I would receive a call back. I never have received this call. So as of now I have 1000'sof dollars of quality wine sitting on the floor at improper temps, $1000 dollars on appliance service calls, and a useless box that was a wine cooler. I purchase from WE for quality, I received rude and unacceptable service.”
