“I received the parts that were supposed to fix my inoperable 3 year old wine cooler. I followed the directions and plugged it in. It started up then blew the GFI. I reset it but the cooler wouldn't turn on again. I sent an email asking what I should do and never got a response. But I got a survey! I guess I'll throw it away and buy a new one.”

“replacement display works great. The instructions for installing were never sent. The phone team that I talked to were less than helpful. I finally figured it out my self. So replacement part 5 stars. Wine enthusiast staff ---1 star.”

“The digits on my display were not working properly. The customer support representative advised that the display PCB was most likely the culprit and I received the new PCB soon afterwards. The replacement in the end should have been a simple procedure except for 1) I was unable to obtain a service manual for my model since those sent to me via email were for different models, and 2) I was unsure how the display cover should be removed as I did not want to cause further problems by attempting to remove the cover improperly. In the end, I took as change and applied more pressure that I felt comfortable doing but the display cover popped off thus providing access to the display PCB. The unit works fine now but the process should have been easier with the correct service manual for my model and hence the correct information on removing the display cover to access the PCB.”
